🇺🇸 June 14: Flag Day Celebration: Join the Jackson Hole Elks Lodge for our Flag Day Ritual at the Town Square on June 14th at 5:30 pm. This ritual is a reminder of the heritage of our Stars and Stripes. The Officers will be on the southwest corner of Town Square behind the stagecoach building.

Dads ride free (Tram + Bike Park), and the rest of the fam gets discounted thrills from 2–5 p.m.

Teton Pass Closure June 20–23: Paving the Way, Literally🚧 Heads up, Jackson and Idaho drivers: Teton Pass will not be your weekend shortcut on June 20th. WYDOT is entering the final phase of repairs on the “Big Fill Slide” and will close WYO 22 at Teton Pass from Friday, June 20, at 6 p.m. to Monday, June 23, at 6 a.m. to complete critical paving work. | “Slow Down” Signs Save Lives, Including Bears in GTNPLast fall, the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem lost one of its most iconic residents: Grizzly 399. Her death in a vehicle collision outside Grand Teton National Park marked yet another tragic entry in a growing list of 51 grizzlies killed by vehicles since 2009. In response, researchers from the University of Montana rolled up their sleeves and got creative. Their goal? To figure out if better-designed road signs could actually influence driver behavior and reduce wildlife-vehicle collisions. |

😳 Jackson Has A Budget Shortfall?
I was as surprised as you are to read that county officials are scrambling to close a $3.8 million budget gap for the coming fiscal year. Both the County Commission and Town Council are already dipping into reserves and eyeing mill-levy hikes or new local taxes just to keep pace with basic services.
